Terrel Bernard has been with the Buffalo Bills for two seasons. His first season was nothing compared to his 2023 season with the Bills. In 2022, the LB had 11 solo tackles and 11 assisted tackles. But everything changed in the 2023 season when he recorded 84 solo tackles and 59 assists. While his performance has been simply the bee’s knee with the onset of last season, Bernard had much to thank for in his personal life.

The Bills’ linebacker recently exchanged rings with his longtime girlfriend, Doctor Tayler Timmons. Bernard’s high school girlfriend-turned-fiance announced the news on Instagram, posting a picture of her new ring. This love story is as old school as it gets. The couple, who love to stick closer, have known each other since their school days. Now that Bernard is all set to become a husband, fans want to know all about the woman who has appeared during many of his games.

The couple announced their engagement earlier this week. Bernard’s girlfriend took to Instagram to share the good news with everyone. She posted a photo captioned, “TB² coming soon ️‍” The photo shows her flaunting the engagement ring while the couple smiles at the camera.

While a lot of information is not available about Timmons, we do know that the couple is a Texas native and reportedly attended La Porte High School in Texas together. Terrel Bernard and Tayler Timmons moved to Baylor University to study together where she studied to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Per sources, Bernard left Baylor University in 2022, while Timmons graduated in 2023, a year later.

Timmons’ LinkedIn reflects that she is extremely professional and comes out as a People Person. The description in her LinkedIn profile is rather heart-warming and reads, “I will be compassionate and empathetic to everyone’s unique situation in order to best serve them and their needs, making sure to provide them with the attention and care they deserve. I hope to bring joy, comfort, education, and my expertise to my workplace so that I can help as many people as possible improve their quality of life and daily functioning.”

When not at work, Timmons loves to travel and explore nature with her soon-to-be better half. One of their most recent photos is from a Mexico vacation where we can see her with a monkey on her head. The couple enjoyed the beach, and good food, and Timmons even pet a Dolphin!

An interesting thing to note about the couple is that they were crowned homecoming king and queen at their high school in Texas. The two have indeed grown together and are now taking steps to spend the rest of their lives together. While Timmons continues to make strides in her career, it is hard to ignore her love for the Buffalo Bills.

From what we can see, Timmons is a huge Buffalo Bills fan and even has Buffalo in her IG profile, where about 3,500 people follow her. She is often seen supporting the Bills with her fiancé and her friends, rocking the Bills jerseys any chance she gets. She is there for Bernard for his games or for practice, whether is sunny or snowy. For instance, her “Go Bills!” post from Highmark Stadium speaks verses about her love for Bernard’s team.

And why not, Timmons is indeed proud to be the girl of one of the best rising Defensive stars on the Bills. In January, Coach Sean McDermott openly declared how he was “blown away” by Bernard’s “production on the field.” “I thought he had a magnificent year, I really did,” McDermott said on One Bills Live after the season. The coach truly sees great leadership in Terrel Bernard.
