Kyle Juszczyk’s record-setting deal with the San Francisco 49ers is something to bark about.
On Sunday, the 29-year-old NFL pro agreed to a five-year, $27 million extension with the 49ers, making him the highest-paid fullback in the league. To celebrate, Juszczyk had a helmet party with his favorite fans – his wife Kristin and their dog, Mozzarella.
“Back like we never left!!!” Kristin posted Sunday on Instagram. “So unbelievably proud of you @juicecheck44 !!!! You continue to pave the path for all future fullbacks and damnnnn you set that bar high!!!!!! Lots more sap to come but it’s time to celebrate!! I love you so much! Congratulations my love!”
In the shot, Kristin is seen taking a group photo with a 49ers helmet on, while a helmet-clad Juszczyk cuddles with his four-legged friend.
“Couldn’t do it without you!” Juszczyk commented.
A fourth-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, Juszczyk was selected 130th overall by the Ravens and spent four seasons in Baltimore. He joined the 49ers in 2017, signing a four-year, $21 million deal at the time.
In 2019, Juszczyk married Kristin, who is the founder of the online retailer, The Origin Shop. The couple welcomed Mozzarella into their family a year later.
Since wrapping the 2020 NFL season, the Juszczyk family has been enjoying their time off with tropical adventures.
“Turquoise waters, salty tan & @juicecheck44 makes the perfect day,” Kristin recently shared on Instagram, geotagging her locale as St. John in the US Virgin Islands.
