INSIDE DERRICK HENRY’S $240K-A-YEAR FITNESS EMPIRE: THE INSANE WORKOUTS AND DIET SECRETS BEHIND THE NFL POWERHOUSE!

NFL star Derrick Henry spares no expense to maintain his position as one of the most powerful running backs in the NFL.

The Baltimore Ravens running back spends around $240,000 a year on body maintenance, his financial adviser has revealed.

The NFL star's expenses include a personal chef

The running back works out seven days a week in the offseason

The costs include a personal chef who prepares all of Henry’s meals, as reported by The Athletic.

His epic fitness regime also includes cold therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and massage therapy.

During the offseason, Henry works out twice a day at the SandersFit Performance Center in Dallas.

He works out seven days a week.

“If I am going to spend time somewhere, it probably will be a gym because that’s what I love doing,” he said.

Henry recently signed a two-year, $16 million deal with the Ravens

His workout regime includes running hills, including up to 10 sprints on a 100-yard hill.

Henry does hammer curls with 80-pound dumbbells to work on his arms.

And he does Bulgarian split squats with 120-pound dumbbells to improve his legs.

In the offseason, his first meal is around 1 pm.

During the season, he does not eat until 4 or 5 pm and then eats again around 8 pm.

When he does eat – the portions are enormous.

He also stays away from fried foods, gluten, dairy, or artificial sugars.

“I probably eat three chicken breasts, some rice, and broccoli,” he said.

“Then I have some gluten-free pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, home fries, and some steak.”

Before practice, he eats kale, an avocado, or a banana for energy.

Three days a week, he also takes IV fluids which contain vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10, and other nutrients.

Henry can certainly afford these huge expenses to keep himself in the best of shape.

He recently signed a two-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens worth $16 million.

The 30-year-old had eight seasons at the Tennessee Titans.

The Alabama product had his breakout season in 2020 when he rushed for over 2,000 yards.

During that year, Henry won the AP Offensive Player of the Year.

He put together five seasons with over 1,000 yards on the ground.

Henry will be in a Ravens offense that starts and ends with two-time MVP Lamar Jackson.

Baltimore lost to the eventual Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game last season.
